Remote access to ValleyCare Health is down nightly at 1:00 am, for about 30 minutes, to reset equipment. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
In order to improve printing, your default printer is the only printer available during your remote access session. If you are experiencing slow printing, use the link provided below to download and install the latest Citrix client.
If you receive an “Access Gateway Error,” simply refresh the screen and continue. If you receive “Your Computer does not meet the minimum security requirements” please re-install the Citrix Client for you specific Internet Explorer Version.
Please select the appropriate version of the Citrix client based on your version of Internet Explorer. To determine which version of Internet Explorer you are currently Running follow these steps:
